We are overjoyed to share that more than 100 girls and boys from our Sunday school received gifts today, bringing smiles, laughter, and the true spirit of Christmas!This wonderful celebration was organized by Compassion Service Organization (CSO), with the support of Hope Filled Horizons , and Prayer Tower Church Ministry.It was a day full of love, faith, and hope as we came together to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and remind our little ones that they are cherished and loved.
Step by Step, Towards 10,000 Brighter Futures!The journey toward healthier, happier classrooms continues! Under CSO’s School Health Program, another successful two-day camp was conducted at St. Francis Girls and Boys School, Rawalpindi, where a total of 549 children, including 327 girls, received eye screenings and 110 dental checkups. During the camp, 61 children were provided with glasses, helping them see clearly and learn with confidence. While 5 children were referred for advanced medical care to ensure they receive the attention they need. With this latest event, our cumulative progress under the program has now reached:
754 children screened
87 children provided with glasses
11 children referred for advanced eye checkups
Each child who gains clear vision and better oral health takes a step closer to a brighter future and every camp brings us nearer to our goal of reaching 10,000 schoolchildren by 2026.We extend heartfelt thanks to CWO for their continued partnership. Through our joint Eye Screening and Dental Checkup Camp we are reaching the deserving children and moving towards inclusive education. CSO has been standing with affected communities in Sialkot, starting with cooked food distribution, followed by medical assistance, and now moving forward with the distribution of ration and dignity kits to 80 families, reaching around 560 women, men and children.This ongoing support, in collaboration with BRIC Pakistan and SRD, ensures that the most deserving and marginalized families continue to receive relief and dignity in these difficult times.Together, we are walking with communities on their journey towards recovery.

Standing With Flood-Affected Families in Sialkot!On 20th September 2025, Compassion Service Organization and Society for Relief & Development -SRD came together to bring hope and healing to flood-hit communities in rural Sialkot.With the help of three dedicated doctors, three paramedical staff, and our amazing volunteers, we organized a free medical camp where:
Over 160 men, women, children, and elderly patients were treated, and everyone received free medicines (more than 70% were women and children).- More than 100 people had their blood pressure and sugar tested.Though our contribution was small, together it made a big difference for families who lost so much in the floods.

On 1st June 2025, Compassion Service Organization (CSO) successfully organized a Free Medical & Eye Care Camp for the underserved community of Rawalpindi. Over 200 individuals benefited from free medical checkups, medicines, eye testing, sugar and blood pressure checks – all provided with love and care.A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team of 3 dedicated doctors, 2 compassionate nurses, 1 skilled optometrist, our passionate volunteers, and CSO staff who made this day possible.Together, we stand for health, hope, and humanity.
